I have decided i need to diet!
im putting on weight and i know its normal in pregnancy, but im putting on to much
i need to lose about a stone and half tbh then ill be happy knowing im having a nice happy pregnancy.
after reading another blog i came to the conclusion.
im starting next week on monday so ive got this week to eat rubbish!
i know everyone says 'oh i'll start next week' and they never do,
TBH i am most the time one of them!
i've decided i'm going to cut out carbs for 2weeks then slowly introduce them back in when ive lost the desired weight!
is that a good idea or not?
anyone got any diets to reccomend?
